Grand Iftar Party

Karachi, April 15, 2023: Greenwich University hosted an Iftar dinner on April 15, 2023, for its faculties, staff members, and Students. The event was filled with excitement, healthy discussion, and warm humor in a tranquil setting, providing all attendees with an excellent opportunity for networking and socialization.
Celebrating the communal essence of Ramzan, Greenwich Fraternity came together to break their fast. It is a significant event in the Muslim calendar, which includes various activities and food to celebrate the end of the day's fast.
Greenwich University was decorated with Ramadan lanterns, colorful lights, and floral arrangements to create a festive atmosphere. The main attraction of the Grand Iftar party is the food. Many traditional dishes, including dates, samosas, pakoras, rolls, biryani, karahi, and other regional specialties, were prepared with sweet drinks such as Rooh Afza.
After Azaan of Maghrib, everyone broke their fast with dates, drinks, and fried items, then gathered for Maghrib prayers, followed by the recitation of the Qur'an. After Prayers, dinner was served, and all the staff, faculties, and students had dinner with storytelling and conversations.
