Where leaders evolve and organisations move
Greenwich University – Promoting Public Health, Linking research and practice with IPC-AMR. Admissions Now Open For Fall 2026–27. Last Date to Apply: 10 September 2026.
Executive certificates are not degrees and are not HEC-accredited qualifications. No certificate awarded here is equivalent to a master’s. If a degree is what you need, the Greenwich Graduate School is one floor away — and we will say so.
Executive education in this country is mostly a hotel ballroom, a visiting speaker and a certificate nobody checks. Organisations pay for it, everyone enjoys the day, and nothing changes on Monday.
The EDC was built as the bridge between a university and the people already running things — evidence-based, experiential, and measured on whether the organisation actually moved.
Assessed work and cohort method — not attendance and a printed certificate.
You bring the live problem. The programme is built around it, not around a syllabus.
University researchers and practising executives teaching the same room together.
Short, intensive formats designed to survive the job you already have.
Organisations come back when something moved. That is the number we report.
Not a training room hired by the day. Six spaces built around the way senior people actually learn: in cohorts, under challenge, with their own organisation as the case.
Short and intensive.
Leadership, finance for non-financial managers, strategy, operations. Assessed on work, and designed to survive a working week.
The cohort is the method.
Longer programmes for a defined group: a company’s senior tier, a sector, or the next generation of a family business.
A real problem inside a real organisation.
Faculty and senior students working to a diagnosis the board actually receives.
One-to-one and team.
Executive coaching and team interventions — the part of development that cannot be done in a lecture.
Built with the industry that needs them.
Hospitality, media, technology, manufacturing and family enterprise.
Year after year, not once.
Standing agreements with organisations that keep developing their people.
Every engagement runs the same cycle, whether one person enrols or a board commissions it.
A real conversation with the organisation about what is actually wrong, before anyone designs a programme for it.
Built for that cohort and that problem — evidence-based content, experiential method, faculty and industry instructors together.
Taught in cohort, then applied inside the organisation between sessions, with the work brought back and challenged.
What moved, what did not, and what the partnership does next year — reported to whoever paid for it.
Most executive education reports attendance. The EDC reports cohorts taken through, consulting engagements delivered, recommendations adopted, partnerships renewed and mentors placed into the schools.
Open enrolment — you decide, you enrol
Commissioned — your organisation decides, we design

Participants are managers, founders, family-business leaders and boards who arrive mid-career with a live problem — a different job from teaching, and named as one.
The EDC is also the door industry walks through: every mentor, client brief and masterclass the eight schools rely on comes in here.
And the mentor network the whole ecosystem draws on.
GX is not only for undergraduates. Senior people arrive with authority and often without the habits underneath it — which is precisely what a leadership academy is for.
The GX Passport is the documented record of participation, leadership, service and professional development, completed alongside the degree. Explore GX
What a EDC student builds with each of the other units.
The CEO Classroom and Family Business Forums, monthly.
Executive Roundtables and the industry capstone problems.
The Service Excellence Academy for venue and hotel teams.
Digital transformation and cybersecurity briefs for real firms.
Organisational psychology, wellbeing and team effectiveness.
Executive communication, media training and crisis response.

School leadership and teacher development programmes.
No University Placement Test, no GAT, no CGPA threshold. Participants are admitted on professional standing, and organisations commission programmes directly. Dates, fees and formats are published each cycle.
Organisations do not enrol — they commission. Tell us the problem and the tier you need developed; we design against it. Group rates apply to open-enrolment cohorts.
