Karachi, November 11, 2022: Dr Tahira Tariq from the Department of Media, Art and Design at Greenwich University organized an awareness seminar on the “Right to Information” in collaboration with the Sindh Information Commission. The purpose of the act is to empower the citizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the government departments, contain corruption, and make our democracy, as a system work for the people. The guest speakers of the seminar were Advocate Nadeem Sheikh who is a senior professional lawyer and is working at Sindh High Court, and Mr. Shahid Jatoi, Information Commissioner of Sindh Information Commission.
