Through a combination of theory and practical projects, both individual and collaborative, students will expand their experience and skills to work together with advance visual effects and computer animators to resolve technical problems either by configuring existing software tools or designing new tools.

MS in Visual Effects & Animation is a postgraduate animation, multimedia and gaming degree. The program teaches students in all features of animation and visual effects film processes from concept to post-production while fostering creativity, skills mastery, problem-solving, and professionalism. The course gives strong technical focus that teaches current programming and theoretical skills required in the animation and games industry. Most graduates find employment as technical directors or R&D developers in the film industry, as well as in computer games companies.

Preparatory Courses

Placement in this course is subject to the result of the University Placement Test) This course focuses on all four skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening in general, and writing in particular at elementary level. With an ordered and integrated approach, the course strengthens students’ communicative competence in the English language. The learners are expected to be users of the language in informal as well as formal contexts with a sense of accommodation for new ideas.
